Abstract:	影響中國近代思想上甚鉅的梁啟超，因戊戌變法失敗流亡日本。在偶然機緣下，於光緒三十三年(1907年)與林獻堂邂逅於奈良，緊接著宣統三年(1911年)，梁啟超應林獻堂之邀到臺灣訪問。在兩次的會面中，梁啟超提示臺灣文人以溫和務實的方式對抗日人，來爭取臺灣人的政治地位，對於日後臺灣知識精英從事臺灣民族運動，是為重要關鍵。梁啟超訪臺目的除觀察日本總督府在臺治績，並籌款辦報外，還參與詩文吟唱活動，詩中呈現的家國情懷，深刻描繪個人眷戀祖國之情，也慰藉臺灣人民悲痛的遺民愁緒。梁啟超的遊臺作品除了真實呈現日人在臺殖民統治的情況，並勇於提出批評；也激勵臺灣人民詩歌：除了吟詠祖國情懷，還可直抒時政，反映現實。臺灣士人肩負維繫傳統文化重責，成立詩社，延續漢學，使日人欲切斷臺灣與中國維繫的想法，面臨挑戰。面對因甲午戰敗，臺灣被迫接受政權轉移的時代劇變，產生「祖國──中國」與「母國──日本」的矛盾認同，促使臺灣人更強化自我認同感，凝聚成為「臺灣意識」。梁啟超離臺後，仍與林獻堂等人持續書信往返，顯示其對臺灣的重視與關切，在臺灣當時的知識份子具有極重要影響力。 Affects in the Chinese modern times thought really great Mr. Liang Qichao, because the defect of Hundred Days’ Reform then goes into exile Japan.
