摘要: | 配合養豬業者實際需求,並參考進口機電控制設備功能,研發本土化之豬舍機電控制設備,並以多功能、可調整、高品質、低價格為主要開發訴求,降低農民採購及維修所需成本,並藉以技術生根,提昇本土養豬畜牧業競爭力.主要的工作內容為:借鏡國外設備,根植本土技術︰為減少研究風險,將參酌國外現有之機電設備產品之優缺點,探索其設計概念與工作原理,再以先進機電技術開發高性能豬舍環控系統,建立本土機電環境控制設備之設計與開發能力.配合業者需求,參酌專家意見︰為使所設計之機電設備更能符合養豬業者實際的需要,本計畫將彙集業者與學者專家的意見,針對台灣海島型氣候特殊環境下豬隻成長過程需求,設計一套之多功能、可調整、高品質、低價格之本土化豬舍自動環控設備.設備之開發、測試與改良︰本計畫將依養豬業者需求,開發國產自動環控設備,以協助擴大養豬經營規模,並降低養豬產業自動化所需購置與維修設備成本.建立本土技術之豬舍環控設備,以符合產業升級、技術生根之需要.本計畫實施後的預期效益可分為下列幾項︰短期內本土技術的建立:改善以往豬舍自動化所須之溫度、溼度、通風及環境控制系統等設備均需仰賴進口、採購、維修曠日費時、而且價格昂貴、不適本土使用等缺失,建立自我產業技術,提高競爭能力.高性能機電技術的使用:依養豬專家及業者的經驗與需求所設計之環境控制設備,引進先進機電控制技術觀念,以落實高品質、低價格、本土化的硬體設備開發訴求.開放型系統的操作:以最新的智慧型軟體技術建構方塊控制硬體,提供多功能與易調整之環境控制裝置,改善現有民間使用設備之效能。 The proposed study tries to design local environment control equipment based on the import machine for the pigpen automation. The import equipment, which uses programmable logic controller to switch ON and OFF the valves of fan and water, is expensive and without any control flexibility. It is the reason why the study designs the local environment control machine. The main properties of this machine are easy to use and tune, and are also cheap and versatile. Hence, the local temperature control equipment reduces the cost of the farmer when they have to buy or to maintain the equipment. The main job of the study can be divided into several steps. First, we have to design the prototype of local temperature control equipment based on the import machine and then modify the machine to adapt for the local farmers. Secondly, we have to deliberate with some specialists and farmers to know the problems when they use import machine in the pigpen. Third, the machine has to be test and modified for the automation of local animal husbandry. The main benefits include the build up of local automation technique, the usage of high performance single chip and the automation of local animal husbandry system. 研究期間:9201 ~ 9212 |
