    Abstract: 本研究擬以農業廢棄物稻殼,經酸洗、熱解、碳燒等前處理程序,將其製成含有99wt%以上純度的非晶型二氧化矽稻殼灰分,並擬以離子交換法製備稻殼灰分擔體銅觸媒。經由乾燥、鍛燒、還原等活化程序,使用氮吸附儀、程溫規劃還原(TPR)及N2O 分解吸附,並配合熱重分析儀(TGA)、X 射線繞射分析(XRD)、掃瞄式電子顯微鏡(SEM)及穿透式電子顯微鏡(TEM),分別探討製程中的鍛燒程序、銅金屬在擔體上的還原特性及表面性質等,然後以乙醇脫氫反應進行觸媒活性測試,找出有利於此一反應的最佳製備條件,最後並與商用二氧化矽所製備的擔體銅觸媒比較活性。本研究計畫預期的成果為:(1)評估稻殼灰分做為觸媒擔體的可行性,提供一種低成本的觸媒擔體,同時達到提升農業廢棄物的利用價值;(2)藉由製備程序的探討,瞭解銅金屬於稻殼灰分擔體上的表面性質及其對乙醇脫氫反應的催化作用影響,以達到學術研究的目的。 Supported catalyst plays an important role in chemical and petroleum industries. However, in order to improve the catalytic reactions, further development of new support and suitable preparation method for modification of surface properties of metal atoms on support are becoming another feasible research work. We plan to refine rice husk ash (amorphous silica more than 99wt% purity) to be support. The copper-containing catalysts are to be prepared by ion exchange, and to be pretreated by drying, calcination and reduction procedure. During the procedure, the properties of the catalyst are to be investigated by employing BET, TGA, XRD, TEM, SEM, TPR, and dissociative adsorption of nitrous oxide, etc. In addition, copper-containing catalysts are to be evaluated in the reaction of dehydrogenation of ethanol. The test will show the reactivity of the support towards copper and the best condition of preparation procedure. The purposes of the project we desire are : (1)to develop a low-cost support material for copper catalysts. (2)providing information of the best preparation conditions of amorphous silica support copper-containing catalyst for dehydrogenation of ethanol. 研究期間:9308 ~ 9407
