Abstract:	本計劃主要係研究一套計算簡易的貝氏模型得以應用於case-control 資料的分析。我們建議應用profile likelihood 來建立power prior 的模型。這種profile likelihood 和binomial likelihood 相類似，但加上一個「offset」。因此可以以目前流行的統計軟體來計算prior 及posterior 分配。研究期間：9308 ~ 9407
