本計畫主要從功能需要與服務品質的角度,先以服務品質合約(Service Level Agreement,簡稱SLA)做為研究的切入點,提出三種SLA基本互連架構,及可能之服務品質參數。在去年度計畫中,除拜訪電信業者,參考國際SLA技術與範例外,也在交通部電信總局的協助下邀集行動網路、固網、及網路接取等業者舉辦SLA技術研討會,一方面將所瞭解之SLA相關技術推廣給業者,另一方面也聽取業者之實務經驗,更重要的是瞭解到電信總局也注意到此問題並給予我們許多參考意見。本計畫也依拜訪業者所獲得之實務情形,並參考國際電信業者有關SLA之範例,提出SLA參考手冊(包括專線,及VoIP服務品質項目)。本年度的主要研究重點主要為(1)增加參考手冊中有關xDSL及VPN之服務品質項目與品質量測方法;(2)手冊增修;(3)舉辦研討會加以推廣;(4)規劃與SLA相關之技術研發項目。 This project starts from the service level agreement (SLA) point of view to discuss the functional requirements and quality of services issues, and proposes three kinds of interconnection architectures and their associated performance parameters. In the last year project, in additional to visiting carriers and studying the international SLA techniques and case studies, we also issued a SLA workshop to share our experience with mobile, fixed, and access network operators through the assistance of MOTC. The purpose of the workshop is to distribute our research results to carriers and to collect the practical experience. We have also drafted an SLA technical reference guide in last year (including leased line and VoIP). The main research issues of this year project is to (i) enhance the items of xDSL and VPN in the SLA technical reference guide; (ii) modify the reference guide; (iii) arrange workshop and presentation to distribute the SLA techniques; (iv) Plan the SLA related research topics. 研究期間:9303 ~ 9312
