The main purpose of the project is to design, fabricate, and test a container for scientific payload reuse. To test the function of the bring back container, we will put a real earth magnetic measurement instrument into this container, lunch them together and then bring them beck together to the laboratory. The contribution of this project to the space sounding research is that it provides the following possibility. First of all, repeated experiments became possible. Secondly, extend the research to the space-bio and space-material fields that may need huge instrument to examine the specimen. Thirdly, the researcher can eliminate the interference of the sounding rockets when collection the measurement data for the space instrument can be separated from rockets in mission. Container contains the space instrument, flies to the space by sounding rockets, separated from sounding rockets, returns to the sea with the help of parachute, floats on the sea with the help of floating bottles, locates itself with GPS, and asks for help through RF radio. Battery and fuel cell will provide enough surviving energy before them was found.
