近年由於全球氣候異常,如何加速取得各種水文參數之觀測,而使水文模擬與預測得以更準確已成為重要課題。台灣目前係以各氣象站觀測水文、氣候資料,所得資料侷限於點之觀測,無法涵蓋空間上之變異。然中尺度衛星感測器由於時間觀測頻率與空間解析度高,利用中尺度衛星感測器獲取氣候資料以提供水文模式應用確有其必要。本計畫即利用中央氣象局MODIS衛星感測器所觀測之資料,有效、即時取得全台灣之大氣特徵、地表狀況與海洋生態等環境特性,進而探討所獲取之參數應用於水文模式之評估,並建立完整之作業化機制以供應分享此項資訊,最後達到乾旱早期逕流預報完整評估之目標。 Because of the abnormal world climatic in recent years, how to timely obtain various of hydrology parameters, in order to simulate and forecast the hydrology activities with higher accuracy has become the important issue. At present time in Taiwan, we observe the hydrological and climatic data from weather stations, the obtained information limits to a few local observations, which is unable to cover the global changes in Taiwan area. However with the high temporal and spatial resolution of the satellite sensors, it is necessary to adopt the climatic data provided by satellite sensors for applications in hydrology model. In this proposal, we adopt the observed MODIS data received from Central Weather Bureau to obtain environment characteristic in Taiwan effectively immediately, including the atmosphere characteristics, ground surface condition and sea ecology, etc. Furthermore, we use those parameters for evaluation of hydrology model, establish an operational procedure for sharing information and finally achieve the goal of the early drought runoff forecast. 研究期間:9405 ~ 9412
