| 摘要: | 本計畫在總計畫下分成三個子計畫，即：運轉，應用研究與發展，及教育與推廣。總計晝係提供整合計畫之行政支援，計畫控管及對外服務等。 運轉子計畫之重點在於充份且順利地獲取衛星資料，經處理後有效地提供高品質的資料給使用者。研究發展子計畫之重點在於研發支援運轉系統功能之增強，應用導向技術之開發及應用研究。其主要目的不在於基礎研究，而是提升運轉之實力，增強遙測應用。推廣教育目的在於擴大此一新興的科技及設施，使產、官、學各界瞭解其應用，並能推廣及教育社會大眾，本年度工作重點分述如下： 總計畫為一經常性工作，包括(1)行政/文書/人事，(2)會計/帳務，(3)影像查詢/訂單處理/進出口業務等；運轉子計畫包括(1)內部作業工作，(2)建立雙天線整合作業模式，(3)引進福衛二號接收與處理系統IAPS，(4)建立ENVISAT ASAR資料接收及處理系統，(5)整合衛星資料處理系統，(6)應用近及時資料工作流程，以支援緊急災害監測，(7)參加接收站及相關會議，(8)人材培育等；應用研究與發展子計畫包括(1)SAR準作業機制與產品改善，(2)衛載雷達多時干涉研究，(3)MODIS資料之應用研究，(4)福衛二號遙測影像之輻射校正，(5)應用Quick Look影像製作自動化衛星影像檢索系統，(6)衛星影像鑲嵌系統之建置等；教育與推廣子計畫包括(1)福衛二號影像應用推廣，(2)網際網路衛星影像應用推廣強化，(3)國中小教師衛星遙測科技研習，(4)資源衛星資料推廣建構，(5)其他教育與推廣等。 The componets of this integrated project consists of four sub-projects, i.e., Management, Operation, Application Research and Development and Education and Outreach. The Management sub-project deals with the administration and managerical tasks in the Ground Station and services for the end-users; the Operation sub-projects is to receive sufficient and timely data and produce various products to meet user？H？Hs needs; the Application Research and Development sub-project enhances the performance of the station？H？Hs operation and develop further capabilities in remote sensing applications and outreach; and finally, the Education and Outreach sub-project explores this new technology to governmental, scientific and industry sectors and engage in general purpose education activities for public in general. The major tasks to be achieved in this year are elaborated as follows. The Management sub-project is relatively routine in nature, which includes (1) Administration/Personnel ;(2)Accounting/Book-keeping and (3)Imagery Inquiries/Order Processing/Import-Export Affairs, etc. The Operation sub-project includes (1) Daily station operation, (2)Establish twin-antenna operation mode, (3)Impliment Formosat-2 Data Reception and Processing System (IAPS), (4)Build up ENVISAT Data Reception and Processing System (5)Integrate various satellite data processing systems (6)Utilize near-real time data acquisition and processing procedures for disaster monitoring (7)Participate ground station and related technical meetings, and finally (8)Personnel training. The Application Research and Development sub-project includes (1)Enhance SAR data processing procedures and data quality, (2) Satellite-borne SAR interferommetry study, (3)MODIS data applications, (4)Radiometric correction for Formosat-2 RSI data, (5) Develop automatic satellite data retrieval system from quick-look imageries, and finally, (6)Develop satellite imagery mosaicking system. The Education and Outreach sub-project includes (1)Promote Formsat-2 data ulitizations, (2) Enhance the accessment of satellite data through web and internet, (3)Satellite remote sensing technology camps for school teachers, (4)Strategic alligment for satellite application. 研究期間：9401 ~ 9412 |
