    Abstract: 本研究主要探討在網路即時傳呼的語言落差互動。網路即時傳呼為當今最流行的線上聊天工具之一,有別於大眾聊天室,網友們能建立私有的聯絡人名單且享有多元化功能。有鍳於國內許多法語系學生經常透過此管道和法語母語人士交流,我們便有了開發 « 線上語言落差互動研究 »的動機。僅管大家對線上互動的語言及行為特性熟知,但關於這方面的深入研究卻相當有限。透過語料蓃集及分析,我們試著發掘在網路即使傳呼語言互動所獨有的特性。這項研究能帶領我們觀察語言的變遷 (網路語言別於一般語言)、重新鑑定故有的語言落差互動特性及發現現今台灣學生學習法語所面臨的困難及話語管理等等。 我們主要透過兩個層面來做分析 : (1). 互動中 «誤會» 的產生因素及其效果 ; (2). 法語母語人士及非母語人士在互動中所分別所運用的溝通策略來達到 « 互相瞭解 » 亦或 « 表達上互助 »。本分析成功驗證以下相關假設 : 其一,透過實例,我們能夠證實,聊天語言的多樣性及其不穩定性會造成溝通上的障礙,如理解上的偏差及誤會僅管法語學生本身對網路語言用法有部份認識;其二,由於在網路上的語言互動是以書寫文字來傳遞,相對於一般語言互動中話語傳送接收較為容易,雙方在溝通策略的運用頻率較低且形式也較為不同。由於追求效率及省時原則,網路語言互動本質上不鼓勵及不允許語言策略的使用。 由於線上互動的方便性及容易性,網路即時傳呼的互動方式或許有朝一日能成為外語學生增進語言能力或實際練習語言的最佳 « 捷徑 » 之一。 The paper mainly relates to the analysis of the « exolingual interaction » (unequal interaction) on the instant messenger. As one of the popular tool of electronic communication, the instant messenger is not only applied in the class but also in the company. While noticing the instant messenger is like one of the pratical ways for French studying students to speak to native French speakers, it will be interesting and creative to maintain a study on « on-line conversation ». Their linguistic and behavioral specificities, however recognized, are still rarely studied in the detail. Thus, we try to explore, according to the data, their own special caracteristics. The reserch is supposed to show how the language today evolutes (because the language that chatters use is not « academic French ») ; to investigate the pre-existing divergences in the « exolingual conversation », in another word, coversation within a native speaker and a non-native speaker ; and to remark the difficulties of the Taiwanese French students and their discourses management. The analysis attemps to check the two basic hypotheses and the result proves the positive observation. First of all , we attest that the exceptional and unstable character of « chatting-language » can inevitably cause « inter-comprehension » and « misunderstanding » problems. Secondly, we have noticed the limited frequecy of application of communication strategies because its own nature does not allow and does not encourage its usage. Because of written conversation, the « reformuation » and « correction » remain the most useful and effective strategies.
