Abstract:	實務上，條件正確（conditionally exact）方法與大樣本近似法（large sample approbation）是最常被用來構造兩獨立二項試驗（Binomial trials）有興趣參數的信賴區間。而條件正確方法是使用條件分佈來消除干擾參數並用來構造信賴區間或信賴集合。然而在樣本數非適度大時，條件方法可能會非常保守，而大樣本似乎方法亦是不太適合。本計畫將提出另一種方法，即非條件推論方法，來導出信賴區間，而它是使用雙邊非條件p-值或是由來自Berger與Boos（1994）雙邊非條件信賴區間p-值。我們預期這二種方法所得到的非條件信賴區間比經常使用的條件正確方法所導出的信賴區間其長度較短並且它的覆蓋機率（coverage probability）大於或至少等於指定的水準。因此我們所提議的方法可改良傳統上所使用的條件正確方法。研究期間：9408 ~ 9507
