本文應用光場程式化技巧,研究自建數值模擬程式及流程,設計白光LED以及紅、綠、藍三色LED兩種直下式背光模組,著重於LED封裝結構設計、背光模組光場數值化技術以及LED燈箱排列均勻度分析計算,可以快速設計並且分析一直下式背光模組,達到高均勻度的目的,一般光學模擬軟體其光學追跡進行光路運算,模擬一組燈箱搭配擴散板,追跡其中所有光路是十分複雜且耗時的,但用本文光場數值化的方法,模擬一組32吋直下式背光模組均勻度分佈,只需簡化成模擬單顆LED的光型分佈,再進行迴歸曲線的擬合疊加,如此可以在半小時內即完成一組32吋燈箱光分佈的模擬,大幅減少了模擬設計時間。模擬出的數據也和光學模擬軟體僅有百分之五的平均誤差,本文應用此流程設計兩種直下式背光模組,依據所需的條件進行排列設計計算,設計出白光LED背光模組亮度均勻度達95.6%,紅綠藍三色LED背光模組亮度均勻度達92.84%,達到準確並且有效率的設計方式。 Application of field value programmable simulation techniques to establish programs and processes.
