    Abstract: 本文應用 MARC 有限元素套裝軟體分析超音波輔助引伸加工問題。為瞭解 MARC 應用於引伸問題的預測性及妥適性,本文首先利用引伸的實驗結果比較模擬的準確性,並分別探討成品厚度、成形所需之沖頭負載及材料成形性的影響。利用母模加載超音波振動來輔助引伸成形,其振動方向分別為平行與垂直沖頭運動方向,進而探討超音波振動輔助引伸成形之影響。 The paper employs MARC software to analyze the behavior of deep drawing assisted by ultrasonic vibration. To understand the abilities of MARC in the prediction and suitability of the behavior in deep drawing, compared with experimental results are applied firstly. Thickness, drawing load and material behavior are separately discussed. Upper die with ultrasonic vibration which direction is parallel and vertical to the moving stroke assists in deep drawing. Finally, the paper investigates the influence of deep drawing with ultrasonic vibration.
