這份研究主要是以Zemax光學軟體設計一個內視鏡鏡頭,及使用LightTools光學軟體分析內視鏡鏡頭的雜散光分佈。雜散光會影響光學系統的品質,而一般鏡頭內雜散光分為三種,光線在鏡面有效口徑內造成的雜散光、在鏡面有效口徑外造成的雜散光,及鏡筒內機構件所造成的雜散光。針對鏡面有效口徑內造成的雜散光,可利用鏡面鍍膜來改善;鏡面有效口徑外的雜散光可利用塗黑來降低,在本篇設計?因為鏡面有效口徑外的雜散光很小,我們不做任何處理;最後鏡筒內機構件的雜散光,我們選擇塑膠黑件為機構件或在機構件上做表面鋸齒化以降低其雜散光。在本篇裡會根據不同雜散光的改善,以成像面的平均照度做比較。 To design an optical system of endoscope and with Zemax software and analyze the stray rays with LightTools software is the aim of this research. Stray rays would affect image quality. In general, there are three kinds of stray rays, as the stray rays caused in the clear aperture, caused in the outside of clear aperture and caused by the barrel of lens. For the stray rays caused in clear aperture, it can be improved by lens coating; For the stray rays caused in the outside of the clear aperture, we can use black surfaces to improve it . In this research they are small, so we skip; Finally, for the stray rays caused by the barrel, we choose black plastics as the material of barrel or make sawtooth on the barrel surface to reduce the stray rays. We compare the different improving actions with the average illumination in the image plane.
