    Abstract: 本論文中,我們先採用頻譜線性疊加的方式,分析綠、橘雙色螢光粉於封裝時的光學表現,進而透過實際封裝求得高演色性的綠、橘雙色螢光粉之特定重量比例,接著針對此特定重量比例之螢光粉進行模型的建立,並藉由線性疊加頻譜和實驗頻譜比較,探討再吸收現象的影響。最後,為了探討綠、橘雙色螢光粉於實際封裝時的光學表現,我們利用米氏散射與蒙地卡羅光追跡法,並結合實驗與模擬結果的驗證與分析,成功的建立綠、橘雙色矽酸鹽螢光粉光學模型,由此光學模型,我們可以預測白光LED封裝的色彩表現,如色度座標、相關色溫、演色性等。 In the thesis, we study the optical performance of white LEDs with green and orange phosphors based on a linear model. Real package experiments are used to determine the ratio of the green and orange phosphors, and then a corresponding weighting is applied to linearly combine the both emission spectra with blue ray to obtain a predicted spectrum of the white LED. The predicted spectrum is compared with the real measurement so that the re-absorption between green emission and orange phosphor is observed and analyzed. In the optical model, we apply the weighting factor with Mie scattering, and Monte Carlo ray tracing to the optical and color simulation of white LEDs. In comparison with the corresponding experiments, we successfully build up the optical model, which is useful to simulate the performance of color coordinates, correlated color temperature and color rendering index for white LEDs with silicate green and orange phosphors.
