Abstract:	營運資金管理於營建業專案工程中佔重要之地位，營造公司具備大量營運資金可提供穩定發展之經營環境，但卻面臨沉重之利息支出；反之，若公司存在營運資金不足之情形，則將產生營運危機需短期頻繁之融資；過往研究文獻中常以資源平合法、資源再分配及利用付款對時性機制尋求解決營運資金短缺之方法，但多數研究並未同時解決資金融通之便利性、效率性、風險分擔性以符合營造業之需求。基於營建業為同時兼具製造業及服務業之特性，透過文獻回顧可知客帳代理早為製造業普遍使用之有效融資工具，亦可同時滿足本研究目的。因此，本研究將彙整分析客帳代理之定義、使用方法流程及功能並透過專家訪談以建立應用於營建業營運資金管理模式，期解決專案工程中所需營運資金不足導致之頻繁融資、提供方便迅速之融資工具，降低業主與承包商間投資風險、減少非必要營運成本。研究期間：9508 ~ 9607
