本篇論文題目是「《春秋繁露》的歷史性描述與規範性價值」,其原始資料的取捨限於《春秋繁露》中《春秋》學的探討。本文的第一章對於 「貴志」的内涵進行探討,其内容重要分成兩節:第一節對於「志」的内涵進行探討,並説明所謂的「志」是指誰的,以及澄清《春秋繁露》何以「貴志」 的問題;有關《春秋繁露》何以說「貴志」的問題,本文提出兩種可能的解釋:其一、「志」所指的是孔子修《春秋》時的理想,其二、「志」所指的是歷史人物的意向與動機;基本上,在《春秋繁露》中「志」與孔子修《春秋》的理想有關係,與《春秋》的褒貶有關係,故第二節主要探討褒貶的問題。再者「貴志」的問題與《春秋》的遣詞造句有關,故第二章對於語言使用的問題進行探討,其内容重要分成兩節:首先,對於《春秋》中的語言的規範性運用進行説明。 Han exegete Dong Zhongshu (179 BC-104 BC) elaborated a comprehensive vision of the Chunqiu Jing (Classic of Spring and Autumn Annals) by developing general principles of exegesis from specific interpretive passages in the Gongyang zhuan (Gongyang Commentary). This thesis is a study on the linguistic structure and contents of the first five chapters of the Chunqiufanlu (Luxuriant Gems of the Spring and Autumn Annals). The first five chapters of the Chunqiufanlu are basically constructed on the same question-answer frame; the question usually expresses a doubt or an opinion concerning a peculiar historical passage quoted from the Chunqiu Jing; every case or set of cases essentially establishes the work ground for Dong Zhongshu ’s re-editing of Confucian values. The present study is divided in two main chapters: the first chapter aims to analyze the normative values and moral significance of the historical events recorded in the Chunqiu Jing according to Dong Zhongshu, focusing on the meaning of the term zhi (intention); the second chapter deals with the linguistic peculiarities of the text, in order to understand Dong Zhongshu ’s approach to the study of the Annals.
