    Abstract: 橋梁建設隨著橋齡及自然環境之侵蝕下,早期興建之橋梁有逐漸老化的情形,加上台灣位處亞熱帶及地震區,地震颱風頻繁,且因台灣地區地形使河流湍急,土石流及河川沖刷情形嚴重,以及交通頻繁所造成之自然損壞,導致許多老舊橋梁逐漸無法維持正常功能,為了預防橋梁災害發生,確保民眾生命財產安全,並配合現行橋梁耐震規範之要求,老舊橋梁之整建有其即時性與必要性。由於橋梁維護經費與人力之不足,如何運用有限資源進行橋梁之維護管理,以減少未來橋梁損壞可能對社會經濟造成之衝擊,為目前國內各橋梁管理機關所面臨之重要課題。本計執行的主要目的乃基於橋梁生命週期養護管理之理念,結合國內已建立之橋梁管理系統之架構並運用其中之基本調查資料,先擬定一個準則作快速篩選,剔除明顯不需要改善者,剩下的以較為宏觀的思維方式,不僅著眼於各座橋梁的結構性指標之調查,同時考量橋梁損壞失效所會對人命安全及社會經濟造成衝擊之大小,以及橋梁週遭環境之各種災害潛勢,建立整合橋梁重要性與易損性之橋梁維護補強之優選排序指標,供擬訂橋梁維護補強策略之依據。透過優選排序之結果併同各縣市政府提供之待改善橋梁名單,進行基本資料之蒐集與調查工作,針對損傷較為嚴重之橋梁提出研擬整建方案,規劃改善經費與期程等工作,達到以最少之整建經費進行維護,確保橋梁安全減少社會成本負荷之目標。 The health conditions of bridges may deteriorate because of traffic loading, scouring, earthquake striking and other natural disasters. Therefore, it is necessary to repair some severely damaged bridges to ensure the traffic safety. But the budget and man power are always insufficient to finish the comprehensive bridge management and maintenance. The most important issue to these bridge managers is, under limited resource, how to reduce the possible loss caused by bridge damaging in the future. In other words, the goal is to acquire the most benefit from the available resources. In this project, the healthy and little damaged bridges are filtered out by a developed criterion at the first stage. Thereafter, not only the investigated structure indices but its environmental conditions and importance to social are measured to build a rating system. Another repairing list recommended by local governments will be also included. The final list of suggested repairing and retrofitting bridges is established according to both lists. Lastly, a proposal of improvement strategy for aged bridges will come out after this project. 研究期間:9605 ~ 9612
