摘要:	國內駕照管理僅規定駕駛人每六年換發駕照，但並未規定駕駛人在換照及補照時，另須檢查體格與體能狀況、及再測試對交通法令基本常識之瞭解與駕駛技能等，以致無法察覺因年齡老化所造成之生理功能退化、特定疾病發展以及殘障或體格變化所衍生之駕駛安全問題。為保障用路者之安全，本研究蒐集彙整國外駕駛人生?、心理、行為安全篩選機制、標準、法規、制度等文獻，並擬引用運研所現有之交通心理測試儀器(包括：認知專注測試、反應測試、視覺追蹤測試、決定力測試、交通狀況速讀測試、週邊感知知覺測視)，招募職業駕駛人進行實測分析及資料聯結。此外，並規劃及建構我國「駕駛適性資料庫雛形系統」，聯結個案年齡、健康狀況、交通心理因素、駕駛行為特質及肇事記錄，以建構駕駛人身、心理及行為特質綜合分析所需之資料庫系統。 The existed regulation of domestic driving license is performed only as license must be renewed for every six years without medical examination, traffic rule test and driving skill evaluation. Whether the condition of driver is suitable for driving become unclear and may cause the traffic safety issues. The documents of screening mechanisms, standards, regulations and systems for foreign drivers’ physiology, psychology and behavior will be collected and analyzed first. The study will also quote the Vienna Test System (Cognitrone, Reaction Test, Visual Pursuit, Determination Test, Tachistoscopic Traffic Test Mannheim for Screen, and Peripheral Perception), and recruit commercial drivers to join the test. The test results will be analyzed and linked to database. In addition, this study will plan and build our country's driving fitness prototype database, linking driver's age, health condition, driving psychology, driving behavior and accident record to construct a system for integrated analysis of driving safety. 研究期間：9606 ~ 9701
