Abstract:	本文的目的在於揭露環境倫理的簡單事實，透過鄰避現象之探究以例示，並且釐清環境正義之涵義，最後透過本研究展示一種環境倫理學研究的模型。反思鄰避現象的各項環境活動到環境倫理學面相的一些理念發展的歷史線索，以說明何以需要探究此種倫理，以及何以需要透過哲學活動來進行解題的原由；透過歷史線索進行簡單事實的反思與揭露，找出相關論點之爭議所在，並針對其中的關鍵概念進行概念形成分析，還原出簡單命題，並加以推論與檢驗。最後，進行典範轉移的文獻解讀並尋求解題。主要研究方法是中介嵌結法、替代論證法、文獻解讀法、批評反思概念形成分析法。本文闡明「環境正義」是環境倫理學的主題之一，在鄰避現象中避免不義地對待他人是社會正義的主題，如何對待非人類物種與非生物環境組成分子，這是一項難題。亦即，在鄰避現象中，環境倫理學考量的主題應是人類如何對待自然的問題。在探索過程中，較為重要的成果是：首先，若是沒有這樣一種環境正義理論，將會缺乏對待環境的明確信念；若是沒有這一種明確信念，也就無法在面臨鄰避現象時，採取應有的行動或實踐。其次，在科學知識外，仍需要探究環境倫理學；科學知識或許能解決促使這些問題被議論的環境危機，但是它們並沒有辦法解決「倫理態度」的問題。第三，釐清並界定了在鄰避現象中環境正義的涵義。最後，提供建構環境倫理，包含環境正義的基本預設。 The purpose of this text is to reveal the simple fact of environmental ethics, and through NIMBY to illustrate and distinguish the meaning of environmental justice. Finally, this research displays a model of study of environmental ethics. In order to explain the reason for probing into the environmental ethics and solving problems through the philosophical activities, this research reviews all kinds of environmental activities regarding NIMBY and the historical clue of theory development in the environmental ethics. Furthermore, through historical clue to introspect and reveal the simple fact, this study can find out the controversy of relevant argument, can analyze the key concept and discover the simple proposition of the key concept. Then this study can inspect the ethics and draw an inference. The main theme of environment justice in NIMBY is to avoid treating others unjustly. It is also a dilemma that how to treat nonhuman species in NIMBY. In other words, in NIMBY, the main consideration of in environmental ethics is that how the mankind should treat the nature. In the course of exploration, there are some achievements in this study. First of all, if there is no ethics as the environmental justice, we will lack the faith of treating environment; if there is no clear definition of the faith, we are not able to take the proper action while facing the NIMBY. Secondly, besides the scientific knowledge, we still need to probe into environmental ethics. Although the scientific knowledge might solve the environmental crisis, it can not solve the attitude problem towards environmental ethics. Thirdly, this study identifies the definition environmental justice in NIMBY. Finally, this study constructs a theoretical framework for environmental ethics, including the basic hypotheses in environmental justice.
