Abstract:	我研究的動機和目的在於，從墓葬用地所引起的環境問題論述中，探討墓葬所牽引的各種倫理面相，闡述「環境倫理」的思想，說明為何以「倫理」作為解消環境難題的根本力源。再探討是否可從新的視角來看待傳統風水觀，跳脫傳統風水觀的侷限，從環境倫理的認知中，開展出新的觀念與行動，來面對墓葬所引生的各種問題。以期能對墓葬作深層的倫理反省，並探究其倫理價值，而不式只用法律的懲罰手段。本文寫作的資料來源，主要為各種著作、期刊、雜誌以及網站資料。本文所採取的研究方法為︰﹙一﹚文獻資料分析法。﹙二﹚對比法。﹙三﹚科際整合法。﹙四﹚反思批判、概念形成分析法。本文研究結果是從健康、環境以及社會三方面論證支持人類不採取墓葬，並以康德的義務論觀點，來檢視其所謂的格準是否可以成為一普遍原則，而判定採墓葬乃是一不合倫理的行為。最後，建議政府對於墓葬問題，必須作全面性的考量，而且不只是在政策面向，更應強調倫理面相的涵具與培養，及經由教育的歷程，使人民具有環境倫理的思想與行動，以及具備有處理環境難題的能力與視野。 The purpose of the study reported here was to investigate the environmental issues of traditional burial and to discuss the ethic of burial in different aspects. The statement on environmental ethics suggests that ethic is possible an essential solution of most environmental problems of burial. This study tried to introduce some new viewpoints into the traditional feng-shui, so that the burial can break the limitation from various tradition geomantic omens. Therefore, most of the environmental problem of burial could be solved by some new ideas and approaches based on statements of environmental ethics. Hence, the burial can be measured by ethics not merely be confined by legal approaches. The conclusions of this study were derived form (1) literature review, (2) opposite test, (3) interdisciplinary analysis, and (4) dialectics. The result form the discussion on healthy, environmental, and social aspects opposes the traditional burial. The conclusions were examined by Kent’s deontological theory to proof the maxim of the conclusions can be a general principle. The results support that the traditional burial is not an ethical behavior. The results also suggest that only political way is not sufficient for solving the problems of burial, the government should consider the burial issues in all-round manner.
