本計劃是以金屬催化反應為核心進行：(一) 鈀金屬催化形成.咯環；(二)合成天然物isooncinotine；(三)在環狀化合物系統，進行具選擇性之鈀金屬催化，丙烯基還原反應；(四)應用交換置換反應合成天然有機鹼Cladospolide C, sedamine 與 allosedamine。 In this proposal, we plan to study: A. palladium catalyzed pyrrole formation, B. synthesis of isooncinotine, C. palladium catalyzed allylic reduction in cyclic system, and D. application of cross metathesis to natural products—including synthesis of Cladospolide C and synthesis of sedamine and allosedamine.
