功率分歧器是微波與毫米波系統中的重要元件之一,尤其大量使用在雷達及相位陣列天線這些系統中。然而,傳統的功率分歧器因為傳輸線特性的原因而產生了高頻諧波,這些高頻諧波會干擾鄰近的其他系統,特別是在高功率的系統中,例如雷達,諧波所產生的影響不容忽略。此研究計畫的目標為抑制傳統Wilkinson 功率分歧器的諧波。設計原理是希望透過一個等效傳輸線取代傳統的傳輸線,而此等效傳輸線參數可經由所推導出的公式計算。等效傳輸線在功率分歧器基頻率的響應與傳統傳輸線相同,因而改良版的功率分歧器擁有與傳統功率分歧器一樣的基頻特性; 但在三階諧波頻率點時,因經過設計所以等效傳輸線等同帶止濾波器,使三階諧波訊號無法通過而受到抑制。此一設計理論,除了透過公式推導、模擬比較外,還會透過實作電路與量測驗證理論的可行性。 Power dividers are essential components in microwave/millimeter-wave systems, especially for radar and phased array antenna. However, conventional power divider generates harmonic signals that interfere with adjacent equipments. The problem is even worse in high power applications such as radar. The goal of this study is to suppress the third harmonic signal of the Wilkinson power divider. A transmission line model will be derived in order to design the equivalent transmission line that replaces the conventional transmission line. The equivalent line should have the same fundamental response with that of a conventional line and acts like a bandstop filter at third harmonic frequency to suppress the third harmonic of the power divider. This concept will be validated through simulation, fabrication, testing and comparison. The equivalent should find many applications in replacing conventional transmission line in order to suppress the harmonic signals. 研究期間:9608 ~ 9707
