對於學者的學術成就,最常見的方式就是以該學者的學術文章發表數為一個評定的標準。然而,此種方式僅就量上面去作評斷,而忽略了質的部分。因此,採用論文被引用數來評定該學者發表學術文章在質上面的表現,變成了一個較客觀的方式。但,如何去蒐集各學者在不同的論文引用資料庫的資料,變成了所必須解決的首要問題。我們在使用資料庫搜尋引擎對某學者進行著作搜尋時,搜尋到的結果常常夾雜太多與目標學者不相關之結果。每一位作者的著作也常常分佈在各種資料庫之中,若要能完整查出該作者的所有著作,就必須要到各個搜尋引擎去做查詢;不過,各種資料庫搜尋引擎的搜尋模式大不相同,也對使用者造成許多不便。本計畫預計提出一個服務導向架構(Service Oriented Architecture, SOA)的解決方案使用掛載於系統上的資料來源。並應用個人知識地圖(personal ontology)與代理人(agent)技術來提供加值服務,以達成學者學術研究成果指標分析之目的。It is widely accepted to use the publication number to measure the accomplishment of a scholar, but it』s only focus on the quantitative perspective rather than the quality of the published articles. Therefore, how to set an indicator to measure the accomplishment of a scholar from both quantitative and qualitative becomes a major issue. Counting the citation number of an article is a good way to measure the quality of the published article and has been widely used in the research area. However, when searching the information over internet, user always needs to search different databases, and it』s always a tedious work. In the project, we propose a service-oriented architecture to address this issue by providing a uniform interface for collecting the relevant information with respect to a scholar. Further, we apply personal ontology and agent techniques to enhance the quality of the system and revise the search results. 研究期間:9601 ~ 9612
