    Title: 九二一地震『台中綠色大地社區』 受損原因之探討

    Abstract: 民國88年9月21日凌晨1時47分,在台灣的南投縣集集鎮附近發生芮氏規模達7.3之強烈地震,而在主震發生後之三週內陸續發生有感餘震達萬餘次,且曾三次有芮氏規模達6.8之餘震產生,因此在全國各區均發生有相當程度的災情,其中尤以位於震央附近的南投縣、台中縣市等地區之損害最為嚴重。 此次的地震造成了許多人無家可歸、親人死別,也震出了許多土木建築界的問題,據統計指出鋼筋混凝土建築物受損最為嚴重,其中一樓為開放空間設計、底層挑高、隔間牆被不當敲除等因素所形成的軟弱層,以及構架中填充非結構磚牆作為外牆、隔間牆或窗台所造成的短柱效應,或是結構物本身設計不良等,這些是否是造成結構物在地震中遭受損傷的可能原因,都是值得再次省思的問題。 因此,本文將以『台中綠色大地社區』做為分析之建築物,以ETABS電腦結構程式進行結構動力分析,再以CONKER結構程式進行結構韌性設計,檢核原建築物在配筋是否有所缺失。再利用SAP 2000電腦輔助程式,以推倒分析方法進行結構非線性靜力分析,探討結構物之破壞機制、結構物所能承受的最大基底剪力,以評估此棟建築物的耐震能力。 本文經分析結果,歸納其可能受損原因如下: 1、實際建築物與設計圖、竣工圖不符。 2、結構系統本身配置問題。 3、設計時的考慮因素欠周詳。 4、施工品質不佳。 5、最大地表加速度超過原設計值。 The 21 September 1999 Chi-Chi earthquake caused serious damage to and collapse of many tall buildings. The adversely affected buildings were virtually all of reinforced concrete construction with the lateral system being composed of moment resisting frames. This report presents the case study of the “Green-Land” apartment building, which is located in Tai-Chung City and was seriously damaged due to short column effect. The building was reanalyzed and redesigned first by using the computer programs ETABS and CONKER. Despite the construction problems, the original designed structural system was also analyzed by using the pushover analysis procedures as specified in ATC-40. It was found that some of the members couldn't satisfy the strength requirements as specified in the seismic design code provisions of 1991 version of Taiwan. The pushover analyses results show that the ultimate base shear of the building is much smaller than the design base shear. The seismic input direction that could cause short column damage of the building was also discussed in this report.
