    Abstract: 本論文研究之主題,主要針對一種可透視之頭戴顯示器之光學系統做設計,其設計重點需滿足體積小且重量輕之要求。本研究頭戴顯示器之光源以LED為光源,顯示器為0.22”之LCOS為顯示元件,以此規格對頭戴顯示器系統做鏡頭設計。此研究中,吾人使用3片塑膠非球面鏡片去設計頭戴顯示器的鏡頭,並且此鏡頭成ㄧ虛像於距離人眼前2公尺處。完成設計後,以其設計結果針對鏡面之深度、斜率以及反曲點做分析,探討其是否有極值產生及斜率過大之問題,以確認是否滿足製造上之要求。而由於人眼的解析能力會隨著視角增大有所不同,所以吾人針對人眼於不同視角時,制定出不同的MTF評價條件來分析成像品質。本研究之系統長度為34.4mm,在各項成像品質皆達到制定的要求,滿足影像與外界環境做結合之效果時,我們將對鏡頭做公差分析,以確保於製造上之品質與良率皆達到水準。 The subject of this study is designing the optical system of a see-through Head Mounted Display (HMD), it requires small volume and light weight. The system is using LED light source and a 0.22" LCOS display component. We designed 3 pieces of plastic aspherical lenses to image a virtual image at 2 meters away from human eyes. We considered about the sag, slope, and the inflection point of the lens surface, we have also analyzed and discussed the problems of extreme value or large slope to ensure that the lens can be manufacturing. According to the resolving power of human eyes vary with different view angle, we have defined the conditions of MTF to analyzing the image quality. The overall length of the HMD is 34.4 mm, and the image qualities are satisfying the requirements. Finally, the tolerance analysis is required to ensure the quality of manufacturing.
