    Abstract: 提昇行星齒輪重負載傳動設計的關鍵技術除動態分析外,靜態均載問題的研究更是重要,特別是如何分析多個行星齒輪負載分佈,同時如何適當對齒面進行修整,避免各齒面應力分佈過於集中,皆是重要的研究課題。本計畫延續現有受負載齒面接觸分析之研究成果,將以三年為期針對行星齒輪傳動中多齒對嚙合之負載分析問題進行持續深入研究,建立一套行星齒輪傳動之負載分析與齒面修整設計模式,並配合負載實驗以驗證所得到之分析結果。本計畫包括以下三個研究主軸 (a) 負載分配、接觸應力數值分析模型:將以多齒對嚙合分析模型,探討在具有組裝、製造與變形誤差下,各個嚙合齒對間之負載分配、接觸齒面應力分佈。 (b) 齒面修整設計,將探討在誤差以及負載變形下,行星齒輪齒面最佳修整模式,以獲得使齒面最佳接觸應力分佈。 (c) 分析模式之驗證,將透過負載實驗加以驗證本計畫所建立理論分析模式之可靠度。計畫將以所建立理論模型與實驗設備,分別分析與驗證兩種不同均載設計:即太陽齒輪浮動以及行星齒輪浮動(彈性銷)之設計。所得之結果將有助於行星齒輪重負載傳動之開發。 Besides the dynamic analysis, load sharing of a planetary gear drive is an important issue while in designing for high power transmission. Especially the load distribution and the flank modification for planet gears must be considered so as to avoid concentrated stress on the flanks. A new LTCA approach for multiple gear tooth-pairs of planetary gear drives will be intensively studied in the three-year project based on the research results from the loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) of conical gears. An analysis model for load sharing and flank modification of planetary gear drives will be developed and also validated by an experiment on a test rig. Three main research topics of the project are summarized, a) Analysis model for load sharing and LTCA: will be developed to analyze the load sharing between the meshed teeth and the contact stress distribution of the flanks of the planet gears under consideration of the errors due to assembly, manufacturing and deformation. b) Flank modification approach: will be developed for planet gears to obtain the optimal contact stress distribution under error and deformation. c) Experimental validation. Two kinds of load-balancing mechanisms of planetary drives will be finally analyzed and validated by using the developed approach and the test rig in the project: (a) floating sun gear and (b) flexible pin mechanism. The results of the project will be an aid for further development of planetary gear drives for high power transmission. 研究期間:9908 ~ 10007
