Abstract:	「臺灣地區橋梁管理資訊系統」自民國89年建置完成迄今，資料庫中包含高速公路局、公路總局、鐵路局及各縣市政府共2萬7千餘座橋梁之基本資料及定期檢測資料，透過網際網路瀏覽器，各橋梁管養單位及上級機關可隨時上網掌握橋梁狀況。系統並提供各項資料加值功能，如統計分析、決策支援及災害預警等，然而，加值功能要有效運作需基於正確之基本及檢測資料，有鑒於各橋梁管養單位登載資料之正確性及完整性對系統運作成效之影響甚鉅，運研所爰於民國96年進行「『臺灣地區橋梁管理系統』資料檢核計畫」針對地方政府管養之橋梁進行隨機抽選及實地檢核，並據以作為督促橋梁管理單位重視橋梁檢測品質及資料檢核機制之參考。本次「『臺灣地區橋梁管理資訊系統』橋梁資料查核計畫」針對公路總局部份工務段及新竹縣、苗栗縣、南投縣、臺南縣、屏東縣、臺東縣所管養之橋梁，依特性、分佈及常見之受災肇因等基本資料進行篩選並現勘查核，其中公路總局及地方政府橋梁查核面積各須達6萬平方公尺以上，全部計畫總查核面積至少12萬平方公尺。本研究比對「臺灣地區橋梁管理資訊系統」及現場查核之結果，可了解各單位是否完整且詳實將資料紀錄於系統中，以作為督促相關單位加強橋梁管理業務之依據，並期能作為後續類似計畫進行時之參考。 “Taiwan Bridge Management System (T-BMS)” has been on line since year 2000 when the system was established. The inventory in the T-BMS includes basic and visual inspection data of more than 27,000 bridges of the Taiwan Area National Freeway Bureau, Directorate General of Highways, and Taiwan Railway Administration. T-BMS can be accessed by all the bridge management agencies via internet browsers to provide information and all kinds of value-added functions, such as statistics, decision support, and early warning of disasters. However, the correctness of these functions relies on valid data stored in the system. Institute of Transportation once conducted a validation project for the inventory data in T-BMS in 2007 in which bridges maintained by local governments were randomly selected and site visited. The project was intended to urge the agencies to improve the quality of bridge data input into the system. The project of validation of bridge inventory data in the T-BMS is now conducted again but specifically for certain bridges maintained by the Directorate General of Highways and by Shinchu, Miauli, Nantou, Tainan, Pintong, and Taidong counties. Sampling bridges are selected from the above bridges to check their inventory data against site data based on characteristics, distribution, and common factors which cause disasters of the bridges. This project requires totally 120,000 square meters of bridge areas to be checked and validated and half of which should be from the bridges maintained by those counties. Results of this project can be used for examining correctness of the inventory data which forms the basis of improvement of bridge management tasks of related agencies and for future reference of similar projects. 研究期間：9905 ~ 9912
