    Abstract: 在前次提出的計畫以多層次影片架構為基礎之新一代數位影片重製技術(NSC 98-2631-H-468-001-)中,已經提到各種影片背景的重製以及景深影片之計算,因此在本年度的計畫中,將延續先前的研究提出以技術為導向之"以多層次影片架構為基礎之新一代數位影片重製技術(II)"的第兩年計劃。計畫內容將提出物件的速度修改、動作特效以及場景特效,並結合第一年的內容以及人機互動的技術完成一個新一代的數位影片重製系統。由於上個年度的計畫已經完成三維全景的技術開發,在本年度的計畫中,將對於” 特效技術”、”影層合併”以及”人機互動”等技術進行研發。並以記敘化影片設計平台方式呈現這兩年的研究成果。此次提出的計畫中尚存有未知的技術開發困難,我們將盡力克服會遇到的問題並以開發出自動化工具與發表高品質的研究論文做為此計畫的貢獻。 We have developed remaking of every kind of background and computing depth videos due to the project supported by NSC (98-2631-H-468-001-). To continue our research in new technologies for digital content creation, we propose the second year project, which aims to develop several cutting edge technologies for creating new movies from existing ones as well as creating special effects. The video technology proposed includes the modification of speed of objects, special effect technologies such as camera effects, slow motion interpolation and extrapolation. We will integrate the above technologies and the results of the first year into an authoring tool. The authoring tool is human computer interface. It will help users to work conveniently. This project has several difficult challenges. We aim to contribute to the national project in producing automatic tools and publishing high-quality journal papers. 研究期間:9908 ~ 10007
