有鑑於國內之道路重心已由新工建設轉至道路之維護管理,且於道路之管理上以日漸成熟,工程全生命週期的觀念已日漸導入國內之各項公共建設中,惟道路將著重於養護之特殊性,與有限的經費應用下,鋪面維護管理系統之輔助亦日漸重要,藉其客觀之數據化標準與資訊化與自動化的系統功能,決定其正確的養護方法與決策模式,令養護者可有效進行道路養護管理,已成日後之趨勢。 為有效建構一套鋪面維護管理系統,本研究針對道路工程生命週期,以現地巡查之問題發生為起點,以IDEF流程模型建構其鋪面維護之生命週期模型,針對流程之各項輸入輸出與活動進行了解,俾以了解鋪面流程之各環節間之關係,綜以半結構式訪談,以ARIS系統建構模型,針對系統之流程控制層面、組織職掌層面、資料應用層面與系統功能層面四大構面進行訪談,了解其實際應用需求,依據流程個環節之需求不同,建構鋪面維護管理系統之道路基本資料查詢模組、道路巡查管控模組、道路指標門檻查詢模組、道路養護預測模組、道路養護履歷模組與系統資料編輯模組等六大模組,以輔助道路養護單位、承辦廠商與檢測顧問公司進行道路養護之相關參考,藉此成果提升路面作業之管理效率與品質,提高其道路工程生命週期流程與與系統之結合,並利用現行之智慧型手機使其對轄區內之道路做即時之掌握,提升整體道路之功能。 In view of the domestic pavement management’s focus has been shifted to pavement’s maintenance, and the Technology of pavement management has been mature. Application with limited funding, the pavement management system bulid by the life cycle of pavement engeering for assisting the Conservation decision-making executive and the pavement management has been necessary. In this study, we discuss the organization between different levels of pavement maintan agencies. We use the method of IDEF to analysis the life cycle of pavement, and set the start as inspect for the life cycle of pavement for analyzing the input, output and the relationship between the processes of the life cycle of pavement maintance. Then, this study sets the pavement management system basic on ARIS model’s organization view, control view, information view and fuction view by using the Semi-structured interviews for clarifying the demand of the pavement maintance system. According to the anaysize and interview for the related unit, this study proposes building the six modules as basic data query module, pavement inspection control modules, pavement index statistics module, pavement maintenance forecasting module, pavement maintenance resume module, pavement conservation funding calculation module and the magement of system module. In this study hopes to clarify the process of life cycle of pavement management and buildes the pavement system for corresponding the actual application.
