    Abstract: 水泥廠在面對同業競爭激烈的環境中,考量運輸成本、車輛妥善安排、適時供貨給客戶,已是營運重要課題之一。本研究以散裝水泥車運輸派遣作業為研究範圍,建立一套以整數規劃為架構之最佳化數學模式,協助水泥廠調度管理人將現有水泥車整合,以使運輸成本最小化。本研究將水泥車運輸指派各基本資料作為參數,建立其數學模式及限制條件,藉由LINGO8.0套裝軟體求得運輸成本最小化及派車最佳化之結果:另為驗證模式之適用性,本研究以宜縣某水泥廠為範例測試,測試結果與人工經驗指派方式比較,顯示成效良好,並經由敏感度分析,針對各參數之敏感度變化趨勢,調整相關參數,以因應實務變化。故本研究可靈活運用各個預拌廠需求做運輸規劃,作為輔助管理人調度指派之重要參考。 To face the environment of the intense industry competition of cement plant, it is important to consider the transportation costs; vehicle dispatching and timely delivery among the main issues in business operation. In this research, cement truck dispatching operation in bulk is the research range. To assist managers to integrate the schedule of cement trucks and minimize the transportation costs by set up an optimized mathematical model in integer programming as the framework.Moreover, assign the parameter in basic conditions of cement truck dispatching transportations and build up its mathematical model and restrictions through LINGO8.0 software package for the solution and to get a better result in minimizing transportation costs and truck dispatching.In addition to verify its applicability, we take a cement plant in Yilan as an example to compare from the model and manual appointment and shows in good results. Also through the sensitivity analysis against the sensitivity for each parameter varieties, adjust the relevant parameters in response to changes in practice. Therefore, this study could be applied flexibly in pre-mixed plant for transportation planning and a key reference in dispatching managing.
