此論文主要內容為設計一個旋轉動力量測平台(Dyno),並為此設計做基礎建設的實作部分。本論文中的旋轉動力量測平台以新的機構作為扭力量測,希望能夠降低扭力量測常有的問題如:雜訊、成本,同時此Dyno還能量測馬達系統的功因和效率,以作為馬達及驅動器特性研究的利器。 本論文實現方法包括:新型扭力量測、回饋控制、弦波鑑別演算法、電路設計、程式設計等等,其中弦波鑑別演算法為量測功因及效率時重要的演算法。 本論文致力於提供開發環境和資源給未來的研究者,希望本論文的實作及演算法的驗證,可以使得後續開發更為順暢。 This paper mainly studying how to build a Dynamometer(Dyno), and some implementation of Dyno. We design a new mechanism for torque measurement, hoping to avoid noise and to cost down. The Dyno we Designed also measure power factor and efficiency of motor system and this make the dyno a good tool when studying motor system. Implement of this dyno including new-type torque measurement, feedback control, sine wave identification, circuit design, and software design. Sine wave identification is used to identify power factor and efficiency. This paper dedicate in background studying and some basic implementation. I hope this paper can help others when they’re studying Dyno.
