    Abstract: 由於非對稱壓延具有可有效降低壓延負荷、材料於壓延製程的安排上,更趨自由及多樣性等優點,於壓延工業上之應用有極大的助益,故本文使用有限元素軟體MARC,以A1050鋁板在同徑異周速的非對稱條件下,討論在各縮減率與周速比下對壓延負荷、壓延扭矩及壓延後板材曲率的影響。而在壓延製程中,板材的內部有彎矩產生,但在實務壓延過程中很難得知因輥輪作用在板材內部所產生的彎矩,因此本文利用有限元素套裝軟體MARC模擬分析後所產生的在板材內部節點應力,將此節點應力透過數學程式計算分析板材壓延過程中在輥輪間隙塑性變形區所產生在板材內部的彎矩,以了解在材壓延過程中所產生的板材內部彎矩分佈情形。 Asymmetrical rolling can decrease the rolling force and the arrangement of material that makes the rolling more free and variables, it brings great benefits in the industry. In this paper, asymmetrical rolling is simulated by using the finite element software MARC and discussing rolling force, rolling torque as well as curvature of the specimens by difference peripheral speed ratio in asymmetrical rolling conditions. In the process of rolling simulation, there is internal moment in the sheet of roll gap and analyze the internal nodes stress by using finite element software MARC, because it’s hard to find out the internal moment of rolling sheet in experiment. Therefore, the Mathematics program analyze the internal moment of plastic region by node stress that will be calculated the internal moment distributed in rolling process.
