    Abstract: 員工是公司最主要的資產之一,而勞工意識的逐漸抬頭,工業製程複雜且多樣化的程度日益增加,伴隨而來的各種作業場所可能面臨的潛在風險相對的也隨之增加。所以,為了降低工作場所職業危害的風險,應全面性並徹底的去掌握與瞭解各作業場所的危害現況,包含各作業環境的流程及危害之因子等相關因素。如何針對勞工的作業環境完整掌握暴露危害之濃度分佈,透過作業實場以主動式連續監測採樣分析濃度分佈了解其作業環境之濃度監測情形,並利用統計迴歸分析推估模式建立其關係性,以利日後做為勞工作業環境濃度推估模式之建立,使作業人員更加了解自身的作業環境濃度來達到預防及防護,並且降低接觸有機溶劑濃度之風險。 Employees are one of the most important asset, and the gradual awareness of the rise of labor, industrial processes, complex and increasing the degree of diversification, accompanied by a variety of workplace may face the potential risks relative increases. Therefore, in order to reduce the risk of occupational hazards in the workplace should be comprehensive and thoroughly to grasp and understand the status of workplace hazards, including the process of the operating environment and hazards of factors other relevant factors. How to complete working environment for workers exposed to hazards to master concentration, through the implementation of field operations to active sampling and analysis to understand the use of short-term continuous sampling to monitor the working environment of the concentration distribution of the case, and regression analysis using neural network estimation model to establish its Relevance to facilitate future operating environment as the concentration of labor estimating model to enable operating personnel to better understand their operating environment to achieve the prevention and protection levels, and reduce the risk of exposure to organic solvent concentrations.
