Taiwan combined many racial groups and temple usually plays an important role in the residents and geographical environment interaction. Speaking of the Phoenix Hall system, the Chuan-Hau Hall plays an important role in the Northern Taiwan due to the base of Phoenix Hall was from Hakka Shinhaui Hall of Hsin-Chu and Miao-Li, and their interaction in the halls. Also, the growing of Nan-Juang economy is due to her rich natural resources and unique industrial achievement. The key to further developing local industry is depended on the government office’s policies and the influence of local major parties. The Chuan-Hau Hall has played an intermediate role and to inspire the local residents to be proud of her own community. This has made Nan-Juang developed her own characteristic and transformed the community again and again.
