本論文主要目之是提出一種量測動物痛覺之方式,它能夠量化 分析出針刺於蛾皮膚表面之肌肉震動變化。 使用光學三角量測,成功的利用CMOS image sensor、雷射線和MATLAB軟體分析等工具,針對我們所選用之蛾動物模式,量測它肌肉震動變化之型態模式,分別之到各種不同刺激的(空針刺、12% Formalin試劑、37% Formalin試劑)之頻率。而關於測得之頻率和動物疼痛的關聯性與應用,仍須深入之研究。 The present paper main purpose proposes one gauging animal sensation of pain way.
