    題名: 單級高功因轉換器於LED球泡燈電源設計與實現;Design and Implementation of Single-stage High Power Factor Converter with LED Bulb Power

    摘要: 本論文目的在設計LED球泡燈模組之光電系統,並設計符合安規的隔離式高功率因數之LED球泡燈電源。 此外,在設計一個LED燈板前,先利用軟體模擬排列如何可以達到預定的流明值,再算出LED所需的數量,並採定電流方式驅動LED,此方式可以亮度穩定及避免LED壽命減損。並利用光學軟體Trace Pro 模擬出表面光源特性,以計算LED球泡燈的流明值與照度值。 透過單級馳返式架構,以及在ㄧ次側回授控制LED電流,減少光耦合零件,和二次側電流控制電路零件,以提昇整體效率。最高能量轉換效率為88%,且其具有功率因數校正能力,使功率因數能達到0.97,以達到節能減碳、減少能源的消耗。 最後利用積分球去驗證LED球泡燈,實際的流明、色座標、演色性指數(Ra)、光譜圖等參數。本論文利用實際一個7W的電源跟LED燈板,做出LED球泡燈,實驗的結果;總流明達到639 lm,而整體含電源的每瓦發光效率可高達89 lm/W,可達到要取代的目標,60W鎢絲燈泡,光通量610 lm,每瓦發光效率為10.172 lm/W。 This thesis designs an electro-optic system based on light emitting diode (LED) bulbs. If also designs isolated-type LED bulb drive circuits with high power factor. Additionally, software simulations are performed first to determine the number of LEDS of a bulb. Such that the LED bulb could meet the desired lumen value. LEDS are driven by constant current control. The drive method provides constant brightness and longer life time. Moreover, optical software Trace Pro is used to simulate optical characteristics of optical source so that the lumen value and illumination intensify of LED bulb could be obtained. Through single stage fly-back structure and current feedback from the primary side, the drive circuit could be dramatically simplified. In this case, the overall every conversion efficiency is increased. The highest conversion efficiency is 88%. In addition, the power factor reaches 0.97 due to the power factor correction. Finally, and integration sphere system is used to measure LED bulb parameters like lumen, colors coordinate, light spectrum, etc. An 7w LED bulb is realized. Experimental results show that the LED bulb has 639 lumen and high conversion efficiency 89 lumen/W. These data also show that the designed LED bulb could be used to replace the traditional 60W bulb with 610 lumen and conversion efficiency 10.172 lumen/W.
