    题名: 快速合成具核殼結構之均一粒徑球及其應用之研究;Studies on the Rapid Synthesis and Application of Monodispersed Spheres Containing Core/Shell Structure.

    摘要: 本計劃將以過去實驗室累積之無乳化劑乳化聚合技術為基礎;藉由改變反應溫度;以快速反應來製備具均一粒徑特性之次微米球;除了加快反應的速度外;更進一步改變單體的種類;單體的組成等等;藉由一種或兩種以上的進料單體;合成具有不同玻璃轉移溫度之均一粒徑次微米球;在此部分強調球的大小;均一性;以及應用於光子晶體時;粒徑大小對光子能隙的影響;此外;利用此具有不同玻璃轉移溫度分佈之均一粒徑次微米球為核心;藉由入料時間的控制;製備各種均一粒徑之核殼結構次微米球;同樣地觀察核殼結構對粒徑大小;均一度;穩定性等等的影響;在此部分;藉由核心的軟硬程度不同;搭配外殼高分子的種類不同;進行一系列的研究探討;如具有熱應答;pH應答之殼層;以及類似高爾夫球構造之外硬內軟的設計;增加核殼型小球之耐衝擊性質;亦或是內硬外軟之核殼小球;藉以增加成膜性以及表面粗糙度;最後;嘗試使用分散聚合法或是沉澱聚合法等等不同於無乳化劑乳化聚合的方法;以期突破核殼結構小球在尺寸上的限制;有利於自組裝後形成粗糙表面疏水膜之研究;若能以此基礎研究做為後盾;將可大大提升其應用範圍;對於相關材料之進一步研究以及材料開發將有其貢獻;On the basis of the emulsion-free polymerization experiences studied by the laboratory, monodisperse submicrospheres can be prepared in fast reaction by changing reaction temperature. Besides the temperature factor, different kind of monomers and compositions can also be used to prepare monodisperse submicrosphere of different glasses-transition temperature. The monomer can be added in one kind above. Particles size, homogeneity, and how the band-gap will be affected by the particles-diameter for photonic crystal application are the main points in the part. Using different kinds of glasses-transition temperature distribution monodisperse submicrosphere as cores, each kind of monodisperse core-shell submicrosphere were made by controlling the adding-monomer time. As the front part, observed the effect of the core-shell structure to the particle diameter, homogeneity, stability, etc. The composition of shell polymer was changed correspond to the core soft degree of hardness. This part would be discussed in series later. For example, thermal-responding and pH-responding shell, the similar design like golf-soft in core and hard in shell to increase the shocking resistant, or hard core but soft shell particles to increase the surface roughness and quality of forming membrane. Trying to use dispersion polymerization method or precipitation polymerization method or other polymerization methods to break the limit on the core-shell diameter. This was advantages in the study of self-assemble rough surface hydrophobic membrane. If the basic study can be used as support, the applications of monodisperse particles would be expanded and have contributions to the relation material-studying and marteial-exploitation. 研究期間:10008 ~ 10107
