    Abstract: 由於經濟性、環保及利用性廣泛,植物油衍生材料的市場日趨成長。植物油衍生材料也是永續性及可生物降解的材料,並有助於減少全球氣候暖化的影響。植物油具有高度不飽和脂肪酸,可以反應為環氧脂肪酸,可以取代石化來源的環氧材料,有廣泛的應用。植物油環氧化的觸媒一般使用濃硫酸、有機酸、強酸離子交換樹脂…等,使用濃硫酸、有機酸等觸媒,反應後的純化和處理繁瑣,並且有環境污染的問題;使用強酸離子交換樹脂,觸媒成本高,並且產品的顏色相對較深。本計畫是以環保綠色的非均相觸媒進行植物油環氧化反應,可以降低反應後續處理的污染問提。本計畫將使用金屬氧化物、分子篩、固體超強酸等觸媒,本計畫要開發反應溫和、高環氧值、高環氧保留率、色澤淡的環保觸媒。 The markets for plant oil-based materials are growing due to the economics, environment and availability advantages. The plant oil-based materials are also recognized as sustainable and biodegradable materials which could contribute to reduceing global warming gases. Plant oils have high contents of unsaturated fatty acids which can be converted to epoxy fatty acids. The Plant oil-based epoxy materials are renewable and biodegradable materials and can replace petrochemical-based epoxy materials in many applications. The conventional catalysts for epoxidation of plant oil include concentrated sulfuric acid, organic acid, strong-acid cationic exchange resin, etc. The processes for epoxidation shows that, adapting concentrated sulfuric acid or organic acid as catalyst, the post-treatment of epoxidized plant oil products is relatively complicated and environmental pollution is serious. Strong cationic acid catalyst is expensive and the color of product is relative dark. The purpose of this study is to develop a solid acid catalyst for the epoxidization of plant oil. Heterogeneous catalysts will be used in this study instead of the conventional catalysts such as concentrated sulfuric acid, organic acid, cationic exchange resin, etc. This will reduce the environmental pollutions in the follow-up process effectively. The heterogeneous acidic catalysts used in this reaction will be mixed metal oxides, zeolites, and solid superacid catalysts. The purpose of this study is to develop a catalyst which can be used in industry. This catalyst should have high epoxy value under mild reaction conditions and high stability. 研究期間:10006 ~ 10105
