    Abstract: 金屬熔射技術因高沉積率、低成本及材料選擇多樣等特點,近年來在工業上的應用日益廣泛。隨著科技日新月異,使用環境日益嚴苛,單一材料與塗層已漸漸不符需求,因此對複合材料(塗層)的開發成為目前產、官、學界重要的研究課題。金屬熔射技術除了可以製備金屬、陶瓷、塑膠與陶金塗層外,藉由複合線材與複合粉末的引入,亦可應用於金屬基底複合塗層、陶瓷基底複合塗層、功能梯度塗層及雙層塗層等複合塗層之研製。本計畫旨在以高速燃氣熔射製備鎳基-二硫屬低摩擦複合塗層,熔射用粉末分別以無電鍍鎳法包覆法及噴霧乾燥法製備。熔射複合粉末及塗層透過各種表面檢測技術,如微硬度值、奈米刮痕、SEM/EDS、XRD、TDA及ICP-AES等方式,分析塗層組成、組織及等表面性質。塗層耐蝕性以動電位極化曲線及交流阻抗法評估;塗層耐磨性能則依 ASTM G99規範,於乾摩擦情況下進行球-圓盤磨耗實驗來評估。The application of thermal spraying has been growing steadily for decades due to low operated cost, high deposition rate and wide variety in materials. With the innovation of technology, the requirement of coating is severe more and more, numerous studies have been focused on the research of new coatings by using a variety of techniques. Thermal spraying is a versatile method for applying metal, ceramic, polymer and cermet coatings, besides, it is also a noble process for preparing intermetallic compound, metal matrix composite coating, ceramic matrix composite coating, functional gradient coating and duplex layers by composited wire or composited powder. In this program, Ni-dichalcogenides (TX2, where T=W or Mo, and X= S or Se) low friction coatings sprayed by HVOF process with Ni-dichalcogenides composite powder which prepared by either electro-less plating or spray drying technique were introduced. The Ni-dichalcogenides composite coatings are characterized for structural, surface morphological and compositional analyses by means of micro-hardness, nano-scratch, SEM/EDS, XRD and ICP-AES. The corrosion resistance of HVOF sprayed Ni-dichalcogenides coatings was examined by means of AC impedance and potentiodynamic polarization. The wear resistance and tribological mechanisms would be investigated that through by the tribo-test under dry and lubrication conditions. 研究期間:10008 ~ 10107
