    題名: 重負載行星齒輪傳動機構負載分析與實驗驗證 (II);Study on Load Analysis of Planetary Gear Drives for High Power Transmission and Experimental Validation (Ii)

    摘要: 提昇行星齒輪機構重負載傳動設計的關鍵技術除動態分析外,靜態均載問題更是最基本的研究課題,特別是如何分析行星齒輪傳動中多軸齒輪對嚙合下行星齒輪間之負載分配與接觸齒面負載分佈,避免各齒面應力分佈過於集中。本計畫延續現有單一齒輪對受負載齒面接觸分析之研究成果,以三年為期針對行星齒輪傳動中多齒輪對嚙合之負載分析問題進行持續深入研究,建立一套行星齒輪傳動之負載分析模式,並配合有限元素分析與負載實驗以驗證所得到之分析結果。本計畫書申請第二與第三年度,包括以下研究主軸: (a) 負載分配與負載分佈分析模型:建立多齒輪軸對之行星齒輪負載分析之理論模型,探討在具有組裝、製造與托架變形等誤差下,各個嚙合齒對齒面接觸應力分佈與行星齒輪間負載分配狀況,同時亦分析兩種均載機構設計(太陽齒輪浮動與行星齒輪浮動)之均載效果以及各種形式誤差所產生的影響。此負載分析模式之正確性亦利用有限元素分析加以驗證。 (b) 負載測試驗證,將建立測試平台與設計測試用行星齒輪減速機,以加載運轉方式量測各行星齒輪之負載變化,並觀察行星齒輪系中齒輪破壞狀況,以驗證分析理論之可信度。計畫所得之結果將有助於行星齒輪重負載傳動之設計與開發,尤其更可提供開發具太陽齒輪浮動以及行星齒輪浮動(彈性銷)均載機構時之輔助。 Besides the dynamic analysis, static load analysis of planetary gear drives is an essential and fundamental research issue for designing high power transmission. Especially the problem of the loads in the multiple gear pairs of planetary gear sets must be analyzed to solve the load sharing among the planets, the load distribution on flanks and also the flank modification so as to avoid concentrated stress on the flanks. A new LTCA approach for multiple gear-pairs of planetary gear drives will be thus intensively studied in the three-year project based on the research results from the loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) of conical gears in the past years. A load analysis model for planetary gear drives will be developed and also validated numerically by FEM and experimentally by conducting load test on a test rig. This proposal belongs to the second and the third year of the project. The main research topics are summarized, (a) Analysis approach for load sharing and load distribution: will be developed based on the loaded tooth contact analysis of the multiple tooth-pairs to analyze the load sharing among the planets and the load distribution on the engaged flanks under consideration of the presentence of errors due to assembly, manufacturing and deformation of the components. Planetary gear drives with two kinds of load balance mechanisms, i.e. floating sun gear and flexible pin, as well as the influences of the errors on the load conditions are also analyzed. The analysis results are also compared with FEM. (b) Experimental validation:A test rig and two different types of test planetary gear sets will be also constructed for a validation experiment. The proposed analysis approach will be validated experimentally by measuring the variation of loads among the gears and along the engaged flanks under loading and also by conducting a fatigue test for reliability. The results of the project will be an aid for further development of planetary gear drives for high power transmission. 研究期間:10008 ~ 10107
