    Abstract: 地球暖化使氣候變遷,因此造成諸多的嚴重災害,使得能源成為現階段最熱門的話題之一,太陽能電池的研發就是在這樣的環境氛圍下成為最熱門的探討題目。其中有機太陽能電池(染料敏化太陽能電池及高分子太陽能電池)是具有高度發展潛力的新一代太陽能電池,但其相關研究牽涉非常廣泛,不是單一研究者所能做好的。為了達成整合資源、增強國內有機太陽能電池研究者的研發能量及國際競爭力、形成一個強有力的有機太陽能電池研究團隊、提供相關研究者一個學術合作、交流、服務平台,本計畫所規劃的有機太陽能電池的研究量測實驗室將包含(a) 新世代有機太陽能電池材料與製程之整合、研究與開發:此部分為建立一個跨領域的研究團隊,從有機太陽能電池材料之研發、元件及模組之組裝、元件及模組結構之設計、及元件及模組性質之探討,並服務國內研究者以提升其研究研究水平;(b) 國際認可之太陽能電池效率量測/驗證設備:此部分我們將學習日本的AIST 及美國的NREL 的經驗,設置一套國際認可的太陽能電池光電轉換效率測量設備及相關技術,以驗證研發所得DSC 與OPV 元件之效率;(c) 開放式組裝量測服務平臺:建立一個有機太陽能電池元件之組裝及量測服務平臺,開放給全國相關的研究人員申請使用。國立中央大學本著合適的地理位置、最強的行政資源、最積極的準備工作及具有豐富國際合作經驗的研究團隊、國家合理的資源規劃與運用、及可信賴的申請人與強執行力的規劃團隊等5 大優點極力爭取將此實驗室設於中壢校園內。所規劃的實驗室不但擁有具國際公信力之太陽能電池效率測量設備與技術、能提供國內學界與業界一個具有標準化之DSC 和OPV 元件組裝與測試實驗室、具備有解決有機太陽能電池研發相關問題能力及能提供學界與業界專業技術諮詢的研究團隊、可創造一個產、學、研科技交流平台以加速有機太陽能電池相關研究領域的發展及商業化腳步,不但要培養綠能研發人才並成為具國際知名度的有機太陽能電池研究開發實驗室 Global warming is one of the most serious challenges facing us today. Energy becomes the hottest issue. Solar cell which converts solar heat to electricity is believed to be one of the solutions for solving the energy related problems. New generation organic solar cells (Dye-sensitized Solar Cell (DSC) and Polymer Photovoltaic (OPV)) are one of the most promising next generation solar cells. In order to integrate all the resources, strengthen the internal capacity in DSC and OPV research in Taiwan and compete with international community, we proposes to build an organic solar cell laboratory for following three missions: (a) Integration, research and development in new generation organic solar cells i.e. DSC and OPV for serving the organic solar cell community. (b) International recognition on solar cell efficiency measurement and instrumental equipment verification. (c) Open style on device fabrication and measurement platform. NCU is the best choice for the laboratory set-up based on 5 advantages: 1. The most suitable location. 2. The strongest executive resource. 3. The most aggressive readiness in research group with abundance of experience in international cooperation. 4. The most rational resource planning and operation. 5. The most trustworthy principal investigator and a powerful executive group. Basically, this group will establish such an excellent laboratory containing three important parts: a strong DSC and OPV talent research group from basic science study to commercial product, an internationally recognized solar cell efficiency verification lab, and an open device fabrication and photovoltaic performance measurements platform to allow any interested research groups who want to join and utilize this becoming world well-known DSC and OPV laboratory in Taiwan. 研究期間:10008 ~ 10107
