摘要: | 近年來,隨著移動裝置的功能日漸強大,原本必須透過電腦進行的相關工作,都可以藉由移動裝置進行處理。體積小、功能強大的移動裝置,已經可內建有3G無線通訊、影音錄製、GPS定位、計算處理等基礎硬體功能。再加上系統商所建置的軟體開發平台,使得各種加值應用的軟體程式,都可以部署在這些移動裝置上,來進行各種日常生活的資訊處理應用,而目前最常見的應用即是透過GPS來使用路徑導航應用,或是處理個人行事曆。由於移動裝置所帶來的全新概念,即隨時、隨地的存取(或處理)網路資源,讓原本佈署於電腦系統上的應用服務,可以有全新的操作體驗。例如,數位資訊可以隨時的透過移動裝置進行創作、擷取,並公佈於公開的數位資訊平台上,或是藉由智能式搜尋,來根據使用者的興趣取得所需的資訊。然而,這些可供隨時、隨地取得的網路資源或服務目前依然存在兩個缺點,包含服務開發商所開發的應用服務元件間由於現有平台技術的關係無法彼此溝通,造成資源整合的不方便性。另外,就是這些服務元件並無一套統一與標準的平台可遞送使用者感興趣的應用服務。為了著重資源整合的概念並透過行動裝置來開發數位資訊典藏的應用需求,本計畫將發展一套以OSGi此一開放架構為開發平台的應用服務市集平台,提供OSGi應用服務元件作為數位資源的整合技術,並以Android作業系統作為行動裝置的基礎,來建置行動裝置上OSGi平台的服務遞送架構。此一架構中包含了OSGi Bundle元件的生命週期管理、OSGi Bundle容器元件的設計、分散式環境下OSGi Bundle元件的共享/更新機制、應用服務元件發佈/訂閱機制、以及視覺化服務市集平台。透過這樣的架構,應用服務的開發者,可以針對行動裝置進行應用服務與使用者介面的開發特定的OSGi Bundle容器元件透過標準API發佈到服務市集平台上,提供使用者在行動裝置上,自動化的訂閱與更新所需的OSGi Bundle元件。藉以適應不同的操作情境下,自動遞送適合的OSGi Bundle元件,使得數位資訊將更容易地透過移動裝置來進行蒐集與傳播,有助於數位典藏應用的推廣。Recently, many tasks that are developed for operating on computers can be taken place on mobile devices due to the functional equipments built in them. These small and powerful devices equipped hardware components for 3G communication, video capture, GPS, and computational processing. Additionally, the software development platforms built on them provide 3rd parties to deploy any kind of value-added applications on them for dealing daily life information. Route guiding with GPS and personal calendar are famous applications. Due to the new concepts, namely anytime and anywhere, introduced by mobile devices, it changes our operation experiences of traditional computer applications. For example, digital information can be created (or captured) by mobile devices and published (or updated) to the public sites through Internet anytime and anywhere. Moreover, digital information can be intelligent queried according to the users’ needs. However, there are two disadvantages of using these kinds of applications or services, including the lack of resource integration among these applications and the service publication without a standard way. To achieve the needs of developing an OSGi-based service platform aiming at resource integration and leveraging mobile devices as the basis for developing digital archiving applications, we devise the OSGi Market Place and propose an OSGi-based service delivery architecture upon Android platform. There are key elements involved in this architecture, including: (1) the OSGi Bundle lifecycle management mechanism; (2) the design of OSGi Bundle Container Service; (3) distributed OSGi Bundle sharing and updating mechanisms; (4) the integrated publish/subscribe framework; and (5) the visual OSGi service market place for mobile device and web-enabled personal computer. Through the devised architecture, application providers can develop specific OSGi Bundle Container Service for different domains. In the run-time, the container will automatically download, update, and deployment the desired OSGi Bundles. To deliver services according to the user’s operation needs by launching suitable OSGi Bundles, the digital information is more easily captured and spread through mobile devices. 研究期間:10008 ~ 10112 |
