傳統的濾波器不具備調整的能力,面對週遭環境的變化無法幫助系統作出最佳化的應變。因應無線系統蓬勃發展,對於射頻前端元件規格的需求也日益嚴苛,近幾年,吸引了許多研究與設計專注於濾波器的可調功能上。因此,本計畫預計設計出多種新型與改良型的可調式濾波器,共計六個電路: 可切換低通/帶通響應之濾波器、可切換頻率之帶通濾波器、具兩種頻寬之可開關式帶通濾波器、可調選擇性之帶通濾波器、具兩種響應之可開關式帶通濾波器與可切換帶通/帶止響應之濾波器。計畫預計使用PIN 二極體與變容二極體作為切換與微調的元件,並利用微帶線技術實現電路,電路架構與特性已由初步的模擬結果獲得驗證。Conventional distributed filters are passive components. They cannot adjust themselves responding to the nearby environmental changing. Many different wireless systems keep changeling researchers and engineers with more and more stringent specifications. Nowadays, the study of reconfigurable filters is increasing. To this end, this project proposes several novel reconfigurable filters. They are switchable lowpass/bandpass filter, bandpass filter with tunable center frequency, switchable bandpass filter with tunable bandwidth, bandpass filter with controllable selectivity, switchable bandpass filter with two ON-state responses, and switchable bandpass/bandstop filter. These circuits will be fabricated with PIN diodes and varactors by using microstrip technology. Initial simulated results have shown the possibility of the proposed circuits. 研究期間:10008 ~ 10107
