Abstract:	根據離子飄移速度與電場的關係，來討論說明電離層的季節變化，特別是在赤道異常區的情形。我們利用中華衛星一號IPEI收到的垂直向離子飄移速度，分成四季做分析比較，了解電離層的季節變化與日變化，並取靠近磁赤道附近的資料，觀測某些有變化的物理現象，並做出有效的統計特性。另外，再由理論模擬（TIEGCM）所得的資料，與實際的觀測值比對，分析其結果與誤差。並且由理論模擬所得的其他相關資料，例如東西向離子飄移速度，去探討更多關於電離層變化的機制。
