    Abstract: 本文利用中壢特高頻雷達觀測電離層散塊E層不規則體的頻譜特徵與估計其沿東西向移行的速度。由雷達干涉法定位配合moment method所求得的回波功率、平均都卜勒速度與頻譜寬,可以更進一步分析不規則體在回波區移行的特性。分析資料過程中發現在不規則體回波中混雜一流星尾的回波訊號,由流星尾通過瞬間不規則體相干值(coherence)有異常降低的情形,判斷此流星尾出現在與不規則體相同的區域,也對此流星尾回波在不同高度的擴散速度做了一些討論。另外,由於中壢雷達的主波束具有東西方向較寬南北方向較窄的特性,藉由波束加寬理論的建立,我們可由雷達干涉法所得到的結果,求出目標物回波點所對應的高度角、方位角與東西方向延伸的尺度,再配合頻譜的平均都普勒速度,可以估計不規則體沿東西向移行的真實飄移速度。 The effects of along and transverse radar beam drifts of sporadic E field-aligned irregularities localized in the expected echoing region on mean Doppler velocity and spectral width are theoretically investigated in this thesis. the Doppler velocity nearly linearly proportional to the mean angular distance of the irregularities from the radar beam axis decreases with the increase of the horizontal dimension of the plasma structure.Therefore it suggests that the beam broadening effect caused by the drift of the field-aligned irregularities across the radar beam in the geomagnetically zonal direction may play a role in broadening the Doppler spectral width.. In addition also has the meteor trial diffusing analysis. Analysis result the meteor trial high decline presents the exponential function.
