Abstract:	- - 2 公路養護之目的是為提供用路人一個安全、暢順與便捷的行車環境，是維持、修復或重建道路系統時的一項功能性工作；為加強各相關單位的責任與共識，以績效管理的手段加以定期考核，明訂重要性與要求範圍。以往相關路政單位皆以透過養路比賽作為提昇各工務段等單位對養護工作的重視，使相關項目作出評比，加權後定出名次，然而現代管理科學的績效評估技術不斷創新，使用數學規劃的方法加以協助評準與比較，再採用資料包絡分析法(DEA)中投入產出的概念將事後已公佈的資料之效率值轉換成排名；其與傳統的排名及分數作比較的結果，可從另一角度檢查各工務段是否具有相對的有效率。並從專家訪談與文獻回顧所得出的各具代表績效的細項目中，以層級分析法(AHP)求其相對權重後得出優良道路指標(GRI)，以此簡易及量化的指標作為對各工務段績效管理的參考。 The aims of Highway Maintenance are to supply travel public a safety, smooth and convenient driving condition. Its works require maintaining and rehabilitating the roadway system properly. For enhancing the responsibility and the common consensus to agree on the significance & the scope of request, the evaluation management method to check their efficiency at a defined period is used.
