    Abstract: 在行動通訊系統中,訊號傳輸過程常因為周圍環境因素形成多重路徑傳輸通道現象,使得傳輸信號受到干擾,因此本篇論文最主要是在探討LTE(long term evolution)下行鏈路在多重路徑干擾時的蜂巢確認問題。在本論文中,我們使用Jakes模型來模擬Rayleigh衰減通道,並且以3GPP測試規範的城市通道環境下進行實驗。由於LTE的蜂巢身份(cell identity, cell-ID)是由區段身份(sector-ID)和蜂巢身份群(cell-ID group)組成504個身份代碼,如何有效且快速的與所服務的基地台建立連接是系統必須克服的一項問題,因此本篇論文模擬實驗主要提供LTE-TDD與LTE-FDD對於區段身份的估測和蜂巢身份群的確認方法進行效能分析,其中是以匹配濾波器(matched filter)、部分相關器(partial correlator)與差分相關器(differential correlator)三種非同調檢測方式為主。 在模擬實驗中,我們提供LTE-TDD與LTE-FDD三個分析比較的模擬結果如下所述:首先分析的是訊框時序(frame timing)的估測效能。分析二為區段身份(sector-ID)與整數頻率偏移( integral frequency offset)偵測之效能。最後分析是蜂巢身份群(cell-ID group)確認的效能。In mobile communication systems, the signal is dispersed by environment which is called multipath effect, leading to significant distortion. This thesis focuses on the cell identification problem in presence of multipath dispersion in downlink LTE. We employ Jakes model for Rayleigh fading simulation purpose under mobility condition. We adopt the urban channel profile in 3GPP specification for simulation. Due to the fact that the cell-ID contains 504 combinations composed by different sector-ID and cell-ID group, one major problem lies in that how to establish link connection with the base station in service. This thesis provides performance analysis and simulation for sector-ID and cell-ID group identification methods under LTE-TDD as well as LTE-FDD. It mainly covers the non-coherent methods of matched filter, partial correlator, and differential correlator. We provide three sets of simulation results for LTE-TDD and LTE-FDD: firstly, the frame timing performance is analyzed; secondly, we obtain the performance of sector-ID detection and integral frequency offset estimation; last but not least, we demonstrate the results of cell-ID group identification.
