    Abstract: 目前國內市區道路已逐漸由新建工程轉為養護工程,但除資源較豐富之直轄市外,一般鄉鎮市區公所之道路養護工程重擔仍落在少數工程司上,而作業方式多以人工及紙本為主,導致工作繁重且效率低落,進而影響整體道路維護工程之品質與進度。為此,本研究利用建立鋪面維護管理系統之方式,除取代部分人工作業外,以客觀數據化之標準決定適當之養護工法與範圍,藉此有效增加整體工作效率。 本研究以國內外相關文獻為基礎,並探討鄉鎮市區公所有關道路養護之業務,後擬定整體系統架構與模組,透過專家問卷之方式,確認養護人員需求,進行資料庫重組與關鏈性之加強,進而建立市區道路鋪面維護管理系統。系統設計中,為提供使用者迅速獲得所需資訊使,便需透過資訊化與自動化之鋪面維護管理系統,進行各年度檢測結果搜集與資料庫之建立,此外,透過各項統計圖表分析,可提供管理者更多鋪面狀況作為參考,並結合市區道路施工特性,規劃需維護路段;將開口合約之養護工程與巡查結果即時上傳系統,可讓養護人員隨時監控工程進度,也可利用巡查結果進行鋪面狀況指標之運算。 藉此成果,以提升鋪面作業之管理效率及品質,提高養護作業與系統之結合,對其轄區內路網資訊做即時的掌握,使道路充分發揮其應有之服務功能。Currently, the new building of urban roads have gradually turned into curing engineering, but except for those Direct-controlled Municipality with abundant resources, the responsibility of curing engineering of countryside District Offices are still belongs to few Engineering Divisions.Besides of that, the operation is still mainly by manpower and paper-work, which makes the operation heavy and low-efficiency, furthermore, it will drag down the quality and schedule of the road maintenance engineering. Thereby , this research uses Pavement Maintenance Management System, which can replace manpower operation, and also be able to decide the method and range of curing engineering in a objective and digitized way.By this, we could increase the working efficiency. This research is based on domestic and international references, and discuss all the related business of unban roads curing engineering,following by building the system frame and module. Through expert questionnaires, we could confirm the requirement of engineer, then restructure the database and reinforce the relativity, and thus construct the Pavement Maintenance Management System. In the system design, for offering users to obtain the information they need rapidly, it is required to through the digitized and automated Pavement Maintenance Management System to collect annual inspection results and construct database. Besides, by the analysis of all the statistical charts, we could offer managers more status of pavement as reference, combining the construction properties of unban roads, managers could then plan which road section needs to be maintained ; also allow engineer to monitor the progress at any time, and use the inspection results to calculate theindexes of the pavement status. By the result of this research, we could level up the management efficiency and quality of the pavement operation, also increasing the combination between the curing operation and system. It could allow us to have instant control of road network information in the district, making road to give full use of its service functions.
