    Abstract: 根據聯合國氣候變化政府間專家委員會(IPCC)調查指出人為造成溫室效應的氣體主要以二氧化碳為主。在台灣地區,二氧化碳的排放最主要來自於工業上化石燃料的燃燒,所以如何濃縮及回收電廠煙氣中的二氧化碳變成為解決此問題的首要之務。本論文首先利用實驗的方式,使用微量天平量測聚苯胺固態吸附劑其CO2 飽和吸附量,再藉由Langmuir-Freundlich isotherm 等溫吸附平衡關係式利用數學分析的方式,獲得等溫吸附平衡曲線圖及其參數。接著以單塔進行貫流曲線實驗,藉由改變不同的操作條件(如:塔內溫度、進料組成及進料流速),觀察其對貫流曲線的影響。最後本研究以電廠煙氣的組成為目標,利用單塔變溫吸附程序進行二氧化碳濃縮純化。使用進料組成為15.03%CO2 和84.97%N2 的混合氣體,藉由改變不同的操作條件(如:進料壓力,吸附溫度及脫附溫度),探討二氧化碳濃度和回收率的變化,進而找出最佳操作條件。According to the investigation of Intergovernmental Panel on ClimateChange (IPCC), carbon dioxide is the most important greenhouse gas fromhuman activities. CO2 released into the atmosphere in Taiwan are mainlyattributed to fossil fuel combustion, so the concentration and recovery of CO2from power plant flue gas is the first important step in solving CO2 problem.This study obtained single component adsorption equilibrium data of CO2on solid polyaniline sorbent by used Micro-Balance Thermo D-200. Then thisstudy obtained the isotherm curve and the parameters by numerical method. Theadsorption is expressed by the Langmuir-Freundlich isotherm. Thenbreakthrough curve experiment was done with single bed by changing thedifferent operating conditions (bed temperature, feed composition, feed flow rate,etc) to observe their influence on breakthrough curve.Finally, we experimental study the use of temperature swing adsorptionprocess in power plant flue gas. We used mixture gas which is composed of15.03% CO2 and 84.97% N2 to investigate the change of CO2 concentration andrecovery by changing the different operating conditions(feed gas pressure,adsorption temperature, desorption temperature, etc), and then found the bestoperating conditions.
