    Abstract: 本研究係利用瓶杯試驗以探討陰性與陽性電荷的高分子聚合物,單獨加入化學混凝與同時使用時的影響。ODOBEZ高壓浮除系統,其廢水因經過高壓氧化槽,受到高壓氧化、高壓斷鍵、微生物於發酵性之環境氧化分解作用、曝氣調勻等作用造成水質的變化,更讓原本化學混凝的作用增添了不同的影響參數。而在ODOBEZ高壓浮法在氣泡上浮滾動時,偶爾有懸浮固體膠羽破碎,無法與氣泡結合,膠羽只能在池體中間滾動,無法藉由浮力去除。瓶杯試驗、SEM電子顯微鏡影像與目視膠羽,可清楚得知在混凝作用中,陰離子polymer+陰離polymer加藥模式,膠羽中心凝聚扎實,因「水合作用」與「膠結作用」,將膠羽的細縫處完全填滿形成不規則形狀結塊包覆現象,可看得出膠羽之外觀開始出現變化,形成聚集力極強之膠結包覆性膠羽。ODOBEZ was developed to enhance the treatment efficiency of dye wastewater by oxidizing dye molecules and floatation simultaneously. As this technique was implanted in the wastewater treatment of an industrial park, it was found that efficient removal of chemical oxygen demand (COD) can only achieved by adding both cationic and anionic polymers, while only anionic polymers was required in the ODOBEZ for dye wastewater. In this work, jar tests were conducted by adding cationic, anionic, and cationic/anionic polymers. The effects of polymer dosage and types of polymer on the removal of turbidity and suspended solids (SS) were recorded. Structures of sludge were also investigated to understand the unique dosing strategy. It was found that high pressure oxidation of wastewater is necessary since the COD can be reduced. The dosage of anionic polymer has very little effects on the removal of SS. The sludge with anionic/cationic polymers had jelly-like structure. The scanning microscopy (SEM) also showed that the sludge with anionic/cationic polymers did not have clear shapes but possessed bulking feature. It suggested that there were gelling between anionic and cationic polymers. Also, electrostatic patching may enhance the flocculation of particles.
